• At least 25 years old
• B.S. Human Resources Management or behavioral science graduate
• At least three years work experience in human resources gained from retail, sales, merchandising or manufacturing companies
• Proficient in Window based computer applications
• Willing to travel to various branches in the Philippines
• To be based in General Santos City
