A lot of people have been burned by BestJobs work opportunities especially those recruiting workers for foreign job opportunities. A friend received ten responses from different employers already, most of them allegedly based in UK. The pay promised was so good and they already sent very important documents that will make one believe that this is really a genuine job offer. Unfortunately (fortunately for him), my friend called up the UK number and it turned out that it was a bogus number being used to dupe people.
There was one opportunity in one of the biggest shoppers in the UK that was Dolphin Shippers and there really was a website for the company. It turned out they copied the website but the contact persons asking for fees to be deposited to their accounts are all fake.
If you get a similar offer which requires you to send in some money which they say is required for a work permit then heck them out before you give them anything. The embassy rules will tell you that it is the employer who is responsible for following up the work permit for the worker and the latter need not pay anything for the permit.
